Clean Room Monitor

Control of air contamination in Cleansrooms is a major aspect to assure quality of Pharma Products and integrity of Process, in which HVAC systems perform critical role. To control airborne particles in a Cleanroom, Environment Monitoting Systems(EMS) are used which monitor and control critical parameters of Cleanrooms alongwith Room &/ differential Pressure, Temperature & Relative Humidity.

Polygon offers variety of Clean Room Monitors (CRM), which can be easily networked with EMS and cater to various HVAC designs, site conditions as well customer needs at the same time ensuring Cleanroom Norms.

These monitors have very low depth of 35mm and can be concealed mount in Clean-room partitions of thickness as low as 45mm. CRMS are featrured with LED/LCD screens with Touch & non-Touch facility, RS485 ModBus Communication, Audio/Visual Alarms, user settable Alarm settings, flush & surface mount type design, etc. One model is also available for use in Hazardous environment.

    Real Time Clock with battery back-up

    Individual set points by front panel switches

    Front Plate - SS304 with Brush no 4. Finish & Polycarbonate Sticker. Back Box – MS black powder coated

    Terminal Block - MS Zinc Plating with White Passivation.
